1.
How will MCS-P Certification help me in my career?

MCS-P certification demonstrates a knowledge base appropriate for the new career paths on the horizon and the opportunities currently available requiring a regulatory compliance skill-set.

If there is any single body of knowledge needed for professional advancement, its a basic knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations which affect the daily operation of a medical practice. Without this basic knowledge it can be impossible to make critical decisions or in some cases, even realize that a decision needs to be made.

The MCS-P Certification Course provides comprehensive training in the analytical methods used by, and the resources available to, a modern healthcare compliance professional. This includes design, development and implementation of a regulatory compliance program from inception through life-cycle maintenance.

For many, MCS-P certification has become a catalyst for professional growth. Individuals seeking MCS-P certification are from varied backgrounds such as CPCs, third party billing company owners, consultants, business office managers, practice managers, department heads, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, compliance analysts, RNs, and LPN/LVNs. Some MCS-Ps have advanced into healthcare management positions. Others are starting their own consulting businesses and/or billing companies. Still others are becoming compliance analysts, or moving into newly created compliance-specific positions within their present organizations.

2.

5.
What Course materials will I receive?

The MCS-P Course provides 'real world' tools for the compliance professional and includes:
